THIS IS YOUR FOR YOUR CONTRACT OF A CAKE SMASH SESSION AND WILL REFLECT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO THAT PARTICULAR SESSION.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1- SICKNESS: IF CLIENT IS SICK, THEY MUST MAKE THE PHOTOGRAPHER AWARE 24 OR MORE HOURS IN ADVANCE, OTHERWISE THE DEPOSIT IS A NO SHOW. OF COURSE THERE ARE UNFORSEEN THINGS THAT HAPPEN, AND WITHIN REASON IT IS UP TO THE DISCRETION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER ON HOW TO PROCEED. IF A RESCHEDULE DATE IS ATTEMPTED WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS, THE DEPOSIT CAN BE USED. A DOCTORS NOTE IS REQUIRED. WE KNOW THAT PEOPLE GET SICK, AND IT HAPPENS, SO WE DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE AND WILL NEVER NOT RESCHEDULE. IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS SICK, THEY WILL GIVE YOU MULTIPLE DATES TO RESCHEDULE, IF ONE CANNOT BE AGREED UPON DUE TO THE CLIENT, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED, IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER CANNOT GET YOU IN DUE TO SICKNESS, AND NOT PROVIDING YOU WITH ANY DATES, THAT DEPOSIT CAN BE USED FOR ANOTHER SESSION AND NOT FORFEITED.

2- NON-SICKNESS: YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE FOREITED IF THERE IS NO REASON FOR CANCELLATION.

EDITING TIME:

EDITING TIME ON ALL GALLERIES IS 4 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THE SESSION. GALLERY WILL COME IN A PASSWORD PROTECTED DOWNLOAD SITE FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD IN HIGH RESOLUTION.

SESSION IS TO TAKE PLACE DURING THE WEEK ONLY.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

Cake Smashes take more towards 1 hour- 1.5 hours with cleanup. Have your favorite outfit, toy, blanket, props ready the day of the photo shoot. Please be prepared for no more than 2-3 outfit changes. 35- 45 images will be provided on a high resolution custom USB flash drive with usage release and printing recommendations.

SESSION TO TAKE PLACE DURING THE WEEK ONLY WITH THIS DEAL BASED ON AVAILABILITY!!! ( PLEASE ADVISE!!!! If there needs to be a weekend, it will be a full price session plus $100 weekend fee = $800)

Unlike the newborn session, babies are not too “posed”. I love to catch them looking, laughing, and crawling. If this is your “SITTER” photo shoot, your baby can be between 5.5-9 months depending on when they sit up completely unassisted.
Child sessions are always held in my Rockville Centre home studio. Parks or grassy fields are also my favorite for older children, but weather does not always permit… I am happy to reschedule a baby shoot if the day is rainy or too cold for an outside shoot but that is under my discretion and schedule. A $50 rebooking fee is applied if you change the date less than 3 weeks in advance.

Because I want your child to be as relaxed as possible, please do not make a big deal about it being “picture day.” Also, please allow for and embrace spontaneous moments – often these make the best images. Please allow me to take control and be the only one who vies for your child’s attention, otherwise, you will get images of them looking at you and not at the camera. I always bring out the smiles in your sweet babes with all my nifty tricks!
